Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 400g.
Fresh yeast 10g.
Milk 250g.
Egg 1 PC.
Vegetable oil 1 st. l.
Sour cream 1 st. l. with a slide (40g)
Sugar 1 st. l. sugar (for sweet lovers, the amount of sugar should be increased)
Salt pinch
Filling:
Vegetable (butter) butter + sugar + cinnamon taste
Glaze:
Butter 50g.
Sugar 4st. l.
Cocoa 2h l.
Milk 2st. l.

Cooking method

  • Grind yeast with sugar. Pour milk at the bottom of the CP, add butter, egg, sour cream, yeast. Top with flour, salt. "Dough" mode.
  • At this time, prepare the icing. Cook all ingredients, stirring for 7-10 minutes. Cool down.
  • At the end of the program, place the dough on a floured table and roll out into a large rectangle. Grease with vegetable oil, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to taste (I forgot to grease with butter and I sprinkled a little, I need more):
