(2 eggs, one yolk for lubrication)

Cooking method

  • I kneaded the dough in my favorite bread maker. In the original, it is done on dough, but I kneaded everything at once. I kneaded it on pizza, kneaded it 50 minutes later and let it rise. The second time, the dough rises quickly. Put the dough on the table (I didn't even dust it with flour, but only greased my hands with oil), separate a small ball, and divide the rest of the dough into 3 parts. Roll into koloboks. Let the dough rest a bit, then take one bun and roll it thinly into a round cake. Lubricate the cake with softened butter (do not melt the butter, just soften it).

  • We roll a cake of about the same diameter from another ball. The dough is very soft, not sticky and pliable, rolls out very well. Put the second cake on the first and grease with oil in the same way. We do the same with the third. Then we cut the folded cakes into 16 pieces and twist a bagel from each segment.

  • In a split form (you can in any one), put a dough ball in the center and surround it with our bagels.

  • We put on proofing for 30 minutes, grease with yolk with a spoonful of water (as already mentioned there is no milk) and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake, and bon appetit!

Of course, my pastry is far from the original, but there is something to strive for. Girls, this is something! Very tasty, somewhat reminiscent of the taste of puff pastry. At first I thought a little sugar, my hand reached out to pour on the butter, but restrained myself. I did not regret it, I will bake this way. It's worth trying. It is not difficult and not long to do, it takes longer to write.
