Ingredients

Cottage cheese 500 g
Small eggs 2-3 pcs
Sugar 1 multi-glass
Butter 30 g
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Vanilla pudding 1 pack
or instead of pudding
Starch 40 g

Optional:
Raisins
Dried apricots

Cooking method

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients (then I went with a blender - I like a homogeneous mass)

  • 2. Grease a saucepan with butter, sprinkle with semolina and pour the curd mixture into it.

  • 3. Select a program "Multipovar" - 60 minutes

  • 4. At the end of the program - turn off the heating and do not open it for 10 minutes.

  • 5. Turn onto a plate, serve with sour cream.

Note

I took a casserole from Qween without flour and without semolina as a basis.

- the casserole turned out to be very sweet, I could not eat without sour cream, and my son is wildly delighted.
Therefore, whoever wants - sugar can be reduced.

- perhaps 50 minutes on the "Multipovar" would have been enough, but I was reinsured for 60 minutes.

Today I again made a casserole, for some reason we are fighting for it, I can't pull off sour cream by the ears, in Panasonic I couldn't do this, it was more liquid or something, but this one is like gelatin, only without gelatin

Changes:

- other cottage cheese,
- instead of pudding I took starch,
- I didn't use a blender, I mixed everything by hand,
- did not add baking powder in principle,
- "Multipovar" - 50 minutes - that's enough for your head!

Unique, but the casserole turned out to be taller and more fluffy - I don't know which of the changes influenced

The only thing is that I could feel an omelette taste because of the eggs, probably because this time they were medium, not small. Next time I'll put 3 pieces, and maybe 2.

I set up an experiment today - I made a chocolate casserole out of 1 kg cottage cheese.
I took the recipe from here:

Program "Multipovar" - 1 hour 20 minutes + let it stand on heating for 20-30 minutes.
Take out the saucepan, cool, then just transfer to the dish.

If I did half, I think everything would be baked well in 1 hour, and so I first set it for 50 minutes, then left it on Heating and opened it after 30 minutes - the middle was a little thin, I had to set it up for another 30 minutes of Multi-Cook.

So I think the Cuckoo coped well with the task, there are no strong burners, it was baked efficiently

Of course, the casserole turned out to be completely different than in the oven - something delicate and airy, but immediately, on the day of baking, there was clearly a strong egg smell, next time, probably, I will reduce the bookmark by 1 egg, but the next day - complete delight
