I put apples, cut (peeled) into cubes, add sugar (about 1 part of apples and 0.7-sugar), a pinch of acid and a teaspoon of cinnamon, at the end - pectin, since there is, what not to use Baking 40 min. IMPORTANT: remove the valve and fill the cartoon no more than to the middle, since the time will try to get out of the multi. I cooked a pear (in slices) today. It turns out a very transparent amber-colored jam. Interfered only once, when the pectin was added.

I was looking for a recipe for jam, jam or something similar from apples. I found this Celestine recipe and decided to cook it. I had several (about eight) average apples. Peeled, cut into four pieces and thrown into the slow cooker. I poured sugar on top of the eye and switched on the baking mode (Cartoon - Dex-60). Ten minutes later, I was scared that the melted sugar and apples would spoil my Teflon in a saucepan (don't throw slippers at me, I'm no cook, but I'm sorry for the saucepan) and added water from the kettle to the cartoon (again "by eye") and switched on the mode "milk porridge". After another 10 minutes, looking into the saucepan, I saw something like a compote, not at all what I needed. With a ladle that goes to the cartoon, I scooped up the water and switched on the "extinguishing" mode. All. Once more in the process - I looked into the cartoon and at the end of the program I got out a very tasty amber apple jam. At work, they praised and ate everything.
