Ingredients

Fresh yeast 10 g
Sugar 2 table. spoons
150 gr of carrot puree +
~ 200 ml liquid (drinking) cream = 350 ml
Flour 500 g
Instant Oatmeal 50 g
Salt 1 tea the spoon
Vegetable oil 1 table. the spoon
Butter 25 g

Cooking method

  • I often bake bread and buns on carrot puree. The fact is that for me it turns out to be cheaper to buy 1 kg of excellent bio - carrots than a couple of pieces needed to prepare a dish.
  • I process the remaining out of work carrots in mashed potatoes, pack them in 150 grams each and in the freezer. Nice, tasty and healthy.
  • Boil the carrots (I steam them), peel, puree with a blender, mix with cream.
  • Crumble the yeast to the bottom of the bucket, add sugar, add liquid, add flour, flakes, salt. Add vegetable oil, soft butter in pieces.
  • Dough mode - 22 min. heating, 20 min. kneading with pauses, 1 hour 8 min. proofing = 1 hour 50 min.
  • Knead the finished dough in the kneading mode, put it in a mold, let it stand until it doubles and a beautiful dome appears. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° (convection 160 °).

  • Taste, smell, color - just a miracle !!!
  • The fatter the cream the better. I have 30%. Although in a pinch you can replace the cream with milk, it will also work out well, but the taste will be poorer.
  • The gingerbread man is very successful, so you can safely bake this bread in KhP, in the "White bread" mode.
  • Well, if you knead the dough and put it to rise in the refrigerator (8 - 10 hours), you will get a masterpiece, I promise!

Yeast put a little more (dry), the pack ran out (due to a little reluctance to leave), put it on the main program, so at first the dough was not kneaded into a bun, I had to add water, the dough was kneaded, while it was kneading, everything became thinner and ... I had to add flour, well, that's okay, at the end the dough turned out to be so tender and pleasant. I put it on a spread, then kneaded it, because after 30 minutes it climbed to the edge of the bucket, so closer to the baking it again rose above the bucket, and of course, I had to knead it again and baking began. Well, these are trifles. I put it on a light crust. I took out such a beautiful loaf (color for sore eyes), crumb in general. half past eleven at night, without even cooling down, everyone ate a big bite, oh, it's just impossible, horror. Everything is just class, they just said, probably still need to add sweets. Thank you, now I'll try to leave the dough in the refrigerator for 8 hours ..

Hello! And here is my trial for your judgment. I recalculated the recipe for 300 grams of flour, I had 10% drinking cream, instead of vegetable oil and butter I put about 25 grams of 58% cream (they just stayed in the jar). At first, the bun was not formed in any way, it was necessary to add about 2 st. l. cream, but then it became (as already written here) too sticky, I added about 1 tbsp. l. flour. I succeeded in a very pleasant, soft bun - I carefully memorized it "by touch"
Baking on "Special" mode, in LG this is a mode for dough with a lot of baking.
The smell was there - I thought the neighbors would come running! Very cool !!! Well, the bread turned out to be excellent, although not quite even on top.

But in the context. Moreover, I want to note that I cut it completely cooled down, the crumb itself is so tender that an electric knife is probably needed for such bread.
