Gray whole grain rolls

Ingredients

Whole grain flour 300 g
Wheat flour 200 g
Water 350 g
Salt 10 g
Fresh yeast 10 g
(1.5 tsp dry)

Cooking method

  • Pour flour and yeast into the bowl of the food processor, turn on the mixer at the slowest speed, add salt, then water and stir for at least 2. Slightly increase the speed and knead for another 6-7 minutes.
  • Place the dough on a lightly floured surface.
  • Divide into 12 pieces and roll each into a ball. Place on a baking sheet, cover with a towel and leave for 5 minutes.
  • After that, shape the balls again, give them an oblong shape and place them on the proofer for min.45
  • Using a sharp knife, make one longitudinal cut on each bun from edge to edge.
  • Spray the oven, preheated to 230 degrees, with water, put a baking sheet with rolls and bake for 10 minutes.

I have an old Panasonic model. The dough mode lasts 2.20 min. I don't have a dumplings mode, so I can't say for sure.
