Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • The dough was kneaded in a bread maker (the most common dough program, the setting of ingredients - according to the instructions for your bread maker), whole grain flour got into the dough, because the usual one was not enough, and instead of oatmeal, Nordic pollice was caught. The dough came out very textured

  • This is into two batches of pies, I immediately divide it in half and set one half aside to wait in the wings.
  • I roll out the remaining half of the dough with a small sausage and divide it into three parts. Then each part in half. There will be a loaf of 6 pies - a hybrid of pies and monkey bread.
  • I roll out each piece, pour sugar into the middle (about half a tablespoon I have, look to taste), on top of a slide of berries, sprinkle with flour (another half a tablespoon so that the filling is not very fluid) and pinch into a bag.

  • I put the finished pies in a bucket of a bread machine (the mixer must be removed) in two rows of 3 pieces each. Lubricate the top with an egg with a drop of water, you can also sprinkle with sugar.

  • We put the baking for 2-3 minutes, turn it off as it beeps and leave for an hour. After an hour, start baking for 59 minutes.
  • We take out, cool, you can eat
  • (the first batch with whole grain flour slightly burst and leaked with the filling, the second in the process, so I show the last version on regular flour and cereals)
  • P.S. it was also very tasty with suluguni and herbs, with peaches, too, nothing like that, in short, any delicious food from the refrigerator will do.
  • P.P.S. - you can stick the most ordinary pies and bake in the oven.
