Ingredients

Any chocolate
in my case black 72%
200 g
Cream 200 g

Cooking method

  • We melt the chocolate in a water bath and grease the silicone mold very thickly from the inside. When the chocolate grasps a little, we transfer the molds to the refrigerator overnight. But I think that a couple of hours is quite enough.
  • Warmed cream in a water bath in the same saucepan in which the chocolate was melted... They turned out to be a beautiful coffee color with a hint of chocolate. When it cools down a little, put the saucepan in the refrigerator overnight, and beat in the morning. Whoever is not sweet can add powdered sugar.
  • In the morning, carefully remove the chocolate, slightly prying the edge of the mold, first along the edge, and then the whole shape.
  • There is no need to lubricate the mold - everything can be removed perfectly.
  • The filling can be anything you want - whipped cream, ice cream, soufflé, even candy. Decorated with peanuts in chocolate.

Or you can buy paper "skirts" for sweets and make small baskets and stuff them with truffle mass, made of black and white chocolate.

And also, I also read with Elena, you can make such small chocolate molds-thimbles for different liqueurs and serve them to the coffee table. I drank a cup of espresso followed by a thimble of my favorite liqueur - and ate a "glass"

I tried traditional "skirts" - I didn't like it. The thin paper was torn and the chocolate broke with it. And silicone is just what you need. And how to make "thimbles" - in what form?

prascovia, thanks for the idea !!!! I also make such baskets, but from paper capsules. But of course, silicone is much more convenient! And most importantly, reusable !!

I think you can do it in silicone molds for sweets. Since you say that paper skirts for candy are bad for this
