Ingredients

Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
carrot 1 PC.
bulb onions 1 PC.
garlic 2 cloves
tomatoes in their own juice 4st. l.
chopped meat 250-300gr.
olive oil
water
salt
sugar
pepper

Cooking method

  • I like Italian or French pasta made from durum wheat (A)

  • Minced meat (finely chopped chicken breast can be used) lightly fry. Add chopped onion. After 3-5 minutes add coarsely grated carrots. A little later, add the paprika in small pieces (1x1cm). Stir everything in the pan all the time. Add tomatoes, garlic, pepper, salt, sugar, a little water and simmer under the lid, but not for long.

  • Put the prepared dressing on a plate with hot pasta.
