Ingredients

Cottage cheese 300 g
Margarine 200 g
Flour

Milk 4 tbsp. l.
Instant coffee
to your taste
you can put on a spoon less,
then respectively
and subtract milk by 1 spoon
4 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1.5 tsp.
Sugar - for sprinkling 3-4 tbsp. l.
Ground almonds 3-4 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Grind margarine with half the flour, add cottage cheese. Pre-dissolve coffee in warm milk. Combine coffee with curd-flour mass, add baking powder, yolk and knead the dough, adding the rest of the flour in parts. The dough should not be steep, with a pleasant consistency.
  • Grind the almonds in a coffee grinder. Pour some flour on the table and roll out the dough in the shape of a circle, divide it into segments. Pour sugar and almonds on the segments, roll each segment into a tube from the larger edge to the smaller one.
  • The baking time is guided by your oven, the main thing is not to overexpose.

Time for preparing:

Cooking program:

Bake at about 200 gr.
