Pea porridge with vegetables (DEX -50)

Ingredients

Bulb 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Sl. pepper 1 PC.
Tomatoes 2 pcs.
Peas 350 g
Chicken broth or water
Salt, spices
(I added 4 sweet peas
and 5 black peppers,
hops-suneli pounded in a mortar)

Cooking method

  • Cut all vegetables into cubes. Onions, carrots are smaller.
  • On the "frying" mode, fry the onions and carrots until golden brown in 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil, add pepper, then tomatoes. Time is 10 minutes.
  • We fall asleep peas, previously washed and left in water at the beginning of our cooking. Fill with 2 glasses of broth or water. I still have broth with meat, so I chopped the meat finely and added it there. Salt, pepper. I set the "extinguishing" mode for 2 hours. Stir occasionally (once every half hour). After 1.5 hours, the valve was removed to improve the steam output. But if your peas have already absorbed all the water, this is not necessary. The consistency should be a thick puree soup. It will still freeze when it cools.

I cooked at DEX -50.
It seems like I have not seen such a recipe on our forum. Cooking takes very little time, and with the advent of a multicooker, this process is made disgraceful.

Ha! Without knowing it, I tried your recipe. I cooked pea soup and, like, added water normally, and opened it - pea porridge with vegetables. Only at first I threw the unsoaked peas into the cartoon and stewed for 1 hour. Then fried vegetables and stew for another 1 hour. Awesome mashed potatoes um! I like the cartoon that you don't need to soak peas and beans in advance. Then I made bean soup, I filled it with water normally. The same thing, beans for an hour of stewing, then the rest and another 1 hour. Consistently good results (as in that ad)
