good day!!
I finally got my miracle pot))))
I look at him and I'm afraid))))))))))))

not very clear, the programs are warm, steam, slow cook, brown.
and there is no program like "soup", "beef" and so on. how to be ???? just set the approximate time ???
and what do my programs mean ??
Gypsy
warm - warming up, heating
steam - steam cooking
slow cook - stewing
brown - brown rice

you can start cooking the soup on steam, as it boils, switch to slow cook, the meat is exactly the same.

I forgot, congratulations!
anna dawidowa
Thanks for the quick response!!!!

and how to fry? do not close the lid until it boils, right?
And then set the time on SLOW ??

Frying on steam.
Before boiling, close the lid, but periodically look, you can also navigate by the emerging steam. Then * extinguish * and by itself set the time

Thanks a lot for Temko and for the answers, but the problem is that I don't have modes like in Unit (((((((((((((((
And while I don't really know what's what, we'll figure it out. tomorrow I'll take a picture of the scoreboard, can someone help me figure it out!

So I was found Not even half a year has passed

Yes, I have such a pressure cooker, I personally translated the instructions for it.
If necessary, I will briefly tell you about the modes in the evening.
anna dawidowa
oh, thank you very much, I also translated it, but many open questions remain)))
looking forward to the evening!

my husband stewed potatoes with meat in the evening! it turned out quickly, but not salted!
if the baby gives, then I'll try chicken soup and stew fish!

when the steam comes out, is it normal that even the neighbors hear? you can wake up the child!
anna dawidowa
figured it out; makes noise if steam is released immediately !!! and if you wait, it doesn't make much noise!

Warm - this is a program for reheating previously prepared dishes or for keeping cooked dishes warm for a long time (at the end of a preset program, the pressure cooker automatically switches to heating).

Steam - steaming. On this program, you can quickly boil water, steam dishes or cook rice.

Slow cook - for Bimka, this is not a stewing at all, but a slow cooker program, cooking takes place at 80 *.

Extinguishing under high or low pressure (in fact, "cooking") is selected using the buttons High or Low.

Brown - a program for toasting food before further cooking.

I am not at all worried about the absence of specifically named programs, such as "soup", "beef", etc. Depending on what I need to cook, I choose the mode and set the time. The instructions have an approximate cooking time for a particular product.

Let's say soup ... there are several options - to fry on Brown, add the rest of the products, pour liquid, close the lid and switch to High (if there are no particularly frothy ingredients such as peas in the soup) or Low - then the boil will be more gentle, but the dish will still cook in pressure cooker mode. And you can set the slow cooker mode, and the dish will languish for itself from morning to evening.

Or you can set the steam cooking program, remove the foam, cook separately during boiling, put it in the soup, cover with a lid and again set it to High, Low or Slow cook.

I like this ability to manipulate programs much more than specifically designated programs.

It is really necessary to let off steam with great care. If you sharply raise the valve immediately after cooking, then it will not only hiss loudly, but also spit boiling water. It's better to wait 10 minutes, and then let off the steam completely. And if I'm really unbearable, then I do it slowly and gradually, little by little. Raised slightly, lowered, etc. in small portions.

Well, while I tried to answer the questions that I saw in the topic If there is anything else incomprehensible - leave questions here, as I appear on the internet I will try to answer
anna dawidowa
thank you very much!!!!

I already understood almost everything)) cooked soup, pickle, stewed fish, pork.
I do not exhibit recipes, since I did the simplest things !!!
so far I am very happy, because with two children, then I will forget about the broth, then the meat will burn.
and now it's super)))))))))))

But I haven't tried the oven yet, but my hands are itching)))) I would like a biscuit, a cottage cheese casserole.
What program are you doing this ?? and one more question, did you make milk porridge ?? according to what scheme?)))))
Rina
Speaking of letting off steam. Although I have a different pressure cooker, I have a few tips. When I need to quickly relieve the pressure, I put a kitchen towel on the lid and carefully throw the valve over the fabric (I have it swivel) to the "open" position. The towel takes over most of the steam (the kitchen does not turn into a steam room) and the spitting of boiling water.

But you need to be careful with the discharge of steam. Due to the pressure, the temperature of the contents of the pot is higher than the boiling point of normal cooking. The contents can easily stir up (the pressure has dropped, but the temperature has remained).

since I have a wagon and a small cart for kitchen appliances, I trust all sorts of different cereals and pastries in the main Panasonic multicooker. There is neither energy nor time for experiments in Bimka

On the Brown program, which is for baking-frying, the temperature is much higher than in my Panasonic multicooker. It is visually noticeable that everything is welded much faster and stronger than in Panas, like in a well-heated frying pan. I am afraid that all the baked goods will seize with a black crust from below, and inside will not have time to bake.

You can try the Slow Cooker program (I remember that Admin baked something in the Slow Cooker, for the sake of experiment), but it's easier for me to grab a slow cooker or a bread maker or put it in the oven. And the instructions do not provide for the preparation of biscuit casseroles.

In case of emergency, I would put milk porridge in the slow cooker program. Or I would have boiled the milk on a steam cooker (without taking my eyes off the milk, it also boils there too little), poured the cereal, and then transferred it to the Low stewing or to the slow cooker

Try to scour the LL and Unit pressure cookers, girls even bake in them. And somewhere I met that these pressure cookers are kind of made by the Chinese in the image and likeness of Beem. So, by analogy, you can feel milk porridge and sweet pastries
Rina72

This is yeah. Although I treat the pressure cooker without fear, but with respect - for sure
There was once a case, I put a pressure cooker under a stream of cold water to cool it down, so it spattered so much that I threw half of the broth into the sink. Now I prefer to lose a couple of extra minutes, but not half of the content

Finally, my Bimka arrived today !!!!
Unfortunately, although the hands itch, there is no time or opportunity to experiment with it yet. I just took out a look and looked into the instructions with one hole. Questions arose immediately.

Something confuses me with the lid and the valve. The lid is put on as indicated in the instructions, turns against the emergency until the pin sinks into the groove on the case and the lid is blocked. Isn't this a weak fixture for pressure cooker mode?
And the valve: is it supposed to hang like that? That is, it somehow does not fit tightly with me, as, for example, in Panasonic. And at mark II (for pressure cooker mode) it somehow sits loosely. Or steam should come out through it during cooking ???

They made fun of the cooking time sign .... The time for cooking a whole chicken is indicated. Interesting, because the saucepan is very small, I can't imagine a chicken of this size

Hello everyone ... I am also a happy owner of the BEEM multicooker, I received it as a gift from my husband 1.5 years ago and since then everything I have with her has grown so much that I don’t need another one ... a very convenient thing and the coolest thing she works as a cartoon for me and the time is also programmed in it, though I didn't know this until recently ... I really don't cook porridge in it, but I've already tried a lot ... I want to experiment with porridge and pastries ... d I think with this thing I will succeed ...

and what confuses you, it should not be completely airtight, it should not be a small hole is given for the exit of vapors, but do not worry, they do not come out much ... and the fact that the valve dangles is normal ... after something is prepared advice, do not try all Let the steam out from there, let it stand for 10 minutes, then the steam does not come out so aggressively, or you can get scared for the first time ... there is a lot of steam, especially if you cook a soup ...
