Ingredients

Pollock 2 carcasses
Sur suluguni 50 g
Sour cream 1 st. l.
Mayonnaise 1 st. l.
Bulb onions 1 PC
A tomato 2 pcs
Homemade lecho 2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Peel the fish and cut into portions.
  • Chop the tomatoes and onions not finely, put a part of the tomato onion and a spoonful of lecho on the bottom of the saucepan.
  • We put pieces of fish on this fur coat, salt and pepper. Top again with tomatoes, onions, lecho, sour cream mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cooking on mode multi-cook at 120 degrees for 8 minutes.
  • It turned out well, sooooo tasty.
  • Straight taste of childhood. And the liquid can be dipped in bread.

For a long time I did not eat such fish as pollock, and as a child it was often on our table. But recently we switched to salmon and trout. And today, well, right now I felt the taste of pollock and decided to cook it, though there was no pollock on the market and I was given a similar fish, but I did not remember the name, so let it be ... pollock.
