Ingredients

Cooking method

  • I cooked a chicken for 42 minutes.

  • I got it out, began to cut ... and the bone is red, well, I didn't dare to give mine ... back to the pan and on "Multicook" 8 minutes.
  • The chicken cooked well enough after the multi-cook.

Well .... the experiments are going on ... Today was the turn of the chicken on the "Chicken broth" mode, but without broth ...
Outcome: the program "Chicken broth" is too small in time and temperature for whole chicken, I think chicken pieces are just right for this mode. Now it will be necessary to test pieces.

Chicken broth on this program turns out to be good in 20 minutes only from homemade chicken (rooster), chicken meat does not boil so much and the broth itself looks cleaner.
From a store-bought broiler chicken - it is not recommended to cook chicken on this program, it turns out too boiled meat and the broth is cloudy

It is possible that the chicken will cook well in pieces!
And if you can still try chicken stew with vegetables and potatoes?
