Ingredients

Wheat flour 150 g
Butter (margarine) 50-60 g
Milk 3 tbsp. l.
Bulb onions 1 middle head
Sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.
Soda (baking powder) 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the onion and fry in a rast. oil until golden brown. Cool down.
  • Mix flour with soda, salt (for those who like salting, then double the amount of salt in the recipe, that is, take 1/2 teaspoon), softened margarine. Add milk, fried onions and knead the dough.
  • Roll out the dough into a layer 0.3-0.5 cm thick, cut out the cookies with a glass or a notch and bake on a greased baking sheet at 200 ° C.
  • Cool the finished cookies.

Everything else is prescription!

Mix flour with baking powder, add everything except cheese and ham, and knead the dough in a food processor with a hook or in a HP. Add cheese. When the cheese is mixed in, add the ham.
At first glance, the dough turns out to be dense, but it is very elastic, rolls out perfectly and does not stick either to the hands or to the work surface.
Roll out the dough thinly, cut out the cookies, place on baking paper tightly to each other and bake at T 200 ° (convection 180 °) for 10 minutes.

P.S. We eat everything that is not salted, and even my bacon is quite salty, so adjust the amount of salt.
