Spicy rice (multicooker VES)

Ingredients

Rice
Cardamom
Water with a pinch of salt and turmeric 2 cups
Rast. oil 3 tbsp. l.
Cinnamon wand
(2 cm long)

Cooking method

  • 1. Rinse and fold 1 cup of rice onto a sieve.
  • 2. Take 4 cardamom pods and lightly and lightly grind them in a mortar.
  • 3. Boil 2 cups of water with a pinch of salt and turmeric over medium heat.
