Crab stick salad with rice and Chinese cabbage

Ingredients

1 package (250-300 gr) crab sticks
0.5 cups rice
1 fork of Chinese cabbage (not large)
100 gr radish
1 bunch of dill
mayonnaise
a pinch of dried mint
ground black pepper

Cooking method

  • Boil rice until tender. Chop the cabbage, finely chop the crab sticks and radish. Season with mayonnaise and spices, stir and let it brew for 2-4 hours.
