Ingredients

Wheat flour 550 g
Warm water 360 ml
Salt 1 \ 2 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Fresh yeast 11 g (or 4 g dry)
For lubrication:
Egg 1 PC.
For sprinkling:
Sesame

Cooking method

  • Dilute yeast and sugar in water, add olive oil, salt and flour and knead a very soft dough (knead for 8-10 minutes). Lightly grease the cup with rast. butter, put the dough in it, cover and put in a warm place for about 1-1.5 hours until the dough volume doubles. Bubbles are clearly visible on the test after lifting:

  • Dump the dough onto the table and carefully divide it into 2 parts and give it an oval shape. With all this, one must be careful so that too much gas does not come out of the dough. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and cover it again in a warm place for 20 minutes.

  • Gently stretch the cakes to the length of the baking sheet and grease them with an egg beaten with water. We poke the dough with our finger to make almost holes.

  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, cover and let the cakes stand again for 20 minutes. At this time, we warm up the oven to 250 degrees.

  • We put the baking sheet in the oven and bake the cakes for 8-10 minutes. The cakes should not be too dark.
  • My comments:
  • 1. The most important "feature" of these cakes are in huge bubbles. Therefore, success depends on how careful and accurate you were when working with the test.
  • 2. It is better to divide the dough not into 2, but into 3 or even 4 cakes. And the stretch is not very thin. When you stretch the dough, you can feel the bubbles bursting under your fingers.
  • 3. I made holes with my fingers, but after proofing and baking, they were not visible.

One drawback - quickly disappeared

I made the dough on pizza mode, then left it to come up in the bread maker, then I did everything as in the recipe. Divided into 4 parts, it seems to me that it turned out a little thinner than in your photo. I'll definitely bake some more
