Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Treacle (sugar can be used, I haven't tried honey) 1 tbsp. l.
Peeled rye flour 200 g
Whole grain flour (or VS flour + bran) 80 gr.
Seeds, flaxseed, sesame seeds 20 gr.
Prunes (finely chopped) 6 - 8 pieces
Dried apricots (finely chopped) 2 - 3 pieces

Cooking method

Or you don't have to pull it out, but smooth the dough with a silicone spatula, shape it and leave it in the proofing for 2-2.30 hours. Then we turn on the baking, I baked 1.20. You can set it to 1.10, measure the temperature of the bread and, if not enough, add more.

  • Recently, I began to add prunes (6-8 pieces finely chopped, dried apricots 2-3 pieces), but the bread is more dessert. With butter and tea VKUUUSNO. And the usual composition can be with the first course and with salad, it replaces black bread for us. Delicious cheese sandwiches.
