Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 450 g
Kefir + water (or whey) 200 g
Egg 1 pc (40 g)
Salt 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tsp
Filling:
Sauerkraut
Bulb onions
Ground pepper

Cooking method

  • For dumplings with cabbage, this is ideal dough on kefir
  • Knead the dough from flour, kefir, eggs and salt.
  • In the middle of the batch, when the bun is already formed, add vegetable oil.
  • Cooking the filling:

I'm not MISHA, but I will answer: Generally, kefir dough for dumplings is soft for a rolling machine and rolls out with a rolling pin, it doesn't need to be rolled to transparency
