After a thorough study of the subject, reviewing all the models present in our market, and reviews on local sites (there are few sites, and even less reviews), I came to the conclusion that the device SHOULD BE TAKEN. And took.

Why this particular model - because I studied the latest trends of such steamers for too long. and it is the most accessible for me and includes all the new chips: 50 programs + 10 author's, oven function, convection in both oven and steamer mode, combi mode, thermal probe and other pleasant little things.

Now about the modes that are not available in simple ovens. and because of what I bought it: combi mode - oven + steam, and the actual double boiler.
I tried several programs - I cooked vegetables, meat, dumplings ... I baked bread, cake, pie - everything is PERFECT.
Then I decided to experiment.
In combi mode, I cooked 1kg of beef in one piece. Deliberately leaving the cooking program, I experimented with a deliberately high temperature of 230C and with steam, and I managed to save a piece of meat that was starting to burn. He was browned, but no more.
In general, my opinion is THING !!!
If anyone has any questions - ask. I know the nuances of not only this model.

* Unfortunately, no recipe book was included with the steamer. There are programs, and there is the RIS program, which confuses me most of all - how to put this rice there? in a bowl in water, or dry ... nipanyatna

Irina, I looked at the data on this oven on the Internet, I liked it, very much. We can say that it is better and cooler than mine. In my 26 auto programs, here 68, in my three-layer glazing, in this four-layer, this telescope has, in mine - no. Dimensions one to one like mine: 59.5 x 59.5 x 54.8 cm. Everything else is identical with mine. Good oven, definitely!

A freestanding double boiler is enough for me, which is probably already 7 years old, and even one that I broke a couple of months ago. But so far it works like a clock T-T-T. And the price. I looked in our city from 35 thousand to 210 thousand! No I do not want! I DO NOT WANT! AND DON'T PREVENT ME!

Yes, its dimensions are not large: like a built-in microwave, it is much smaller than that of an oven. Well, the actual need for the oven itself disappears. As in freestanding: multicooker and double boiler. You can also refuse the microwave in favor of heating up with steam ... if you have 10 minutes of time, versus 2 minutes in the microwave.
And be careful - the oven function is not available on all models.

I have already started the 4th year - the flight is normal. Now I am moving, and I am taking her with me to a new apartment and a new kitchen.

That is, the first difference, as I understood, is the size, you don't have to think about the size of the product being prepared, it will be removed on a baking sheet. For those who have a lot of people (I have a lot) it is probably relevant ... How often do you cook large things (a large piece of meat, a large fish) in such steamers, owners? What else from the large-scale in the built-in steamer makes sense to cook? Everyday meals? What other advantages are there over an ordinary freestanding steamer, or, on the contrary, is the purchase in vain and there is no special sense in it, if you have a steamer? Help !!!
