I made pizza for the first time in my life, the dough was according to this recipe, because the yeast was the same on the package - this recipe. For pizza d = 28 cm, I took half the norm of all products.
Due to the presence of tomato paste in the dough, the pizza turns out to be golden-orange, the dough is wonderful, it squeaked when rolled out.
For the filling, I used: fried minced chicken, bell peppers, tomatoes, cheese (suluguni), herbs (parsley and basil), mayonnaise.
Since my oven is old, gas, baked on the top shelf, more than 30 minutes. And everything turned out well, the edges are crispy, but not hard, and the pizza itself is soft, but not wet.

If there is olive oil, then of course it is better to grease it. I have no problem with him. But I know that we have it expensive there ...

Thanks to the author for the topic. Just a bag of such yeast was lying around, it was necessary to attach it somewhere. True, I changed the recipe for the dough a little, but that's not the point. I just want to note from myself that when kneading the dough, you need to keep an eye on the bun - it should be kneaded not sticky, but soft and elastic, like bread dough, then there will be no problems when cutting and filling it. And so - it is quite edible, provided the minimum time is spent - while the dough is being prepared for 1.5 hours, you have time to prepare the entire filling, then 15-20 minutes to make pizza, then 20 minutes in the oven - the result pleased the family))
