Venetian Rice Soup for Cuckoo 1054


Turkey breast fillet 300g.
Butter 25g.
Bulb onions 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • • Finely chop the onion and save it in a frying pan with oil mode Browning 3-5 minutes Level 3.
  • • Rinse the rice thoroughly. Transfer the sautéed onions, peas, rice to a saucepan, chop the turkey, fill with water until the 2L mark. Mode Cooker (total time 1h)
  • • After cooking, turn off the heat, add finely chopped parsley. I also added warm water to 2 liters (we don't like thick soup). Close the lid and leave for 10 minutes.
  • • Add grated cheese to the soup before serving. I cut with a vegetable peeler.
  • Very light and tasty soup !!!
  • Paying attentionthat this soup is best eaten on the day of preparation. Because the next day it thickens (I dilute it with boiling water). If the volume is large for you, reduce the proportions.
