Chopped cutlets "Meat rash"

Pork

Garlic 3-5 cloves
Eggs 2 pcs.
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour or starch 4 tbsp. l.
Salt, black pepper
Chopped dill 2 tbsp. l.
Rast. frying oil

Cooking method

  • Chop the meat, combine with the rest of the ingredients, mix well and let it brew for 10 minutes. Fry in small and not thick pancakes in a preheated frying pan, covered over medium heat.

Known to all "Meat mess". The dish may have another name - I've heard it is called "meat in French". Instead of tedious cutting with a knife into small cubes, I processed the meat with universal knives. It is strictly forbidden to use a meat grinder in this recipe - you do not need minced meat, but finely chopped meat. It turned out very quickly, it was even possible to stop even earlier so that the larger pieces remained. But it turned out very well anyway.
