Ingredients

Flour / s, 1 s., Or 2 grade 500 g
Water 300 g
Salt 6.5 g
Sugar (for premium flour only) 5 g
Fresh yeast 10 g

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough from 165g of water, 300g of flour and yeast (I do it in cotton, on the "dough" mode)
  • When ready, add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough. In the process of rising, knead the dough once or twice. Put in shape and allow distance.

Time for preparing:

45-50 minutes

Cooking program:

T 220 deg.
