Ingredients

Egg 6 pcs
Sugar 2 tbsp. from MV
Flour 1.5 tbsp. from MV
Starch 0.5 st from MV
Orange 1 PC
Peach 1 PC
Lemon juice 0.5h l

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with lemon juice until dense foam, add sugar, whisking. Then gently add sifted flour and starch at low speed and mix everything.
  • Peel the orange into small pieces, also cut the peach.
  • Grease the bowl with oil, pour out some of the dough, add fruit and dough again. Baked on Multi cook 60 minutes + 20 minutes
  • Cool, I could not resist ... cut it, but it is better to let it cool completely. I really liked the charlotte.
