Barley porridge with mushrooms

Ingredients

Frozen mushrooms 300 g
Onion
Carrot
Pearl barley 1 m glass
Water 2.5 m glass
Butter
Salt

Cooking method

  • Fry (carrots + onions) for 20 minutes on MULTI-COOK. We cut the mushrooms, which are needed (differently frozen ones are cut) and mine. We throw in a fry and on TURBO for 7 minutes. Then we put cereal and water in the cartoon, salt. And for porridge.

Note

This porridge was often cooked on the stove. From now on - only MULKA !!!
I have never tasted such pearl barley!
I usually add a little chopped dry mushrooms for flavor, but then I forgot ... (((
