Nammura (Palestinian bassbusa) in a Panasonic SR-TMH18 multicooker

Ingredients

Mix:
Semolina 2 tbsp.
Kefir 1 tbsp.
Sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Rast. odorless oil 1 tbsp.
Coconut
(did not put, was not)
0.5 tbsp.
baking powder 1 tbsp. l.
Vanillin 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • The dough should be like thick sour cream, baking mode for 65 minutes.
  • Syrup: 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1 tbsp. l. honey, juice of 0.5 lemon, optional flavoring. Pour syrup over hot nammur. Previously, you can put halves of cashews or almonds on raw nammur for decoration.

Yaroslava, my manniks were all rubber too, on the dial tone the girls advised this recipe, the manna is crumbly, not raw, very tasty and we did it several times, it always works. We just made it without syrup, it’s delicious for us ...
