Pork neck and rice (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Pork neck 500 g
soy sauce 30-50 ml
marjoram 0.5h l
basil 0.5 tsp
grated ginger 0.5 tsp
honey 0.5 tsp
lemon juice 0.5 tsp
adjika 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Mix all these ingredients and marinate the meat (cut into steaks) in this marinade, soak for about 30 minutes - 1 hour. On the "Browning" mode, temperature level 3, 2 minutes, with the lid open, fry our steaks on both sides. Then pour the remaining marinade over the meat, set it on the "Multipovar" mode, 120 degrees, 2 minutes.
  • Rice pre-fry on "Roasting" 3rd level, 1 minute. Then add water, turn on the "Multipovar" 120 degrees, 3-4 minutes.
  • Rice:
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 3 cups of water.
  • vegetable oil.
