Apple pie with cinnamon Mamin (Panasonic SR-TMH 18)

Ingredients

eggs 3 pcs.
sugar 1 tbsp. (200ml)
flour 1 tbsp.
baking powder 1 tsp
large sour apples 5-6 pcs.
cinnamon 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Peel and core the apples and cut into cubes. You can sprinkle the apple pieces with lemon juice so as not to darken. (The dough is prepared quickly, practically the apples do not have time to oxidize.)
  • Separate the yolks from the proteins. Beat the whites into a strong foam.
  • Beat the yolks with sugar until whiteness, add cinnamon, flour mixed with baking powder, mix and gently stir in the whipped whites.
  • Add chopped apples to the dough, mix gently.
  • Lubricate the bowl of MV drain. butter, put the dough and place the BAKERY for 65 minutes, then add 20 minutes. But after 10 minutes I turned it off (I checked the cake with a thermoprobe).
  • Let cool slightly in a bowl.
  • Remove with a double boiler basket, sprinkle the top with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon.
  • I got a light cake - such cinnamon, but in general it turns out brownish.

Note

This cake is from my childhood, my mother often baked it. I tried it in CF, I liked it. It turned out softer and juicier than in the oven.
This cake is one of those that immediately come to mind when you need to bake something fast and tasty. I have been baking it for over 20 years ... and I have not bothered.

Mom and I have been cooking it in the oven for many years. Oven over medium heat or 160 * until tender, this is 35-50 minutes. It all depends on the thickness of the cake. I also baked it in a round shape - it turned out to be tall and on a small rectangular baking sheet, it turned out to be flatter, but large.
Check readiness with a toothpick or thermometer, but do not open the oven for the first 20-30 minutes, it may settle.
