Ingredients

Biscuit:
Milk 1 tbsp.
Boiling water 1 tbsp.
Sugar 2 tbsp.

Baking powder 1.5 tsp

Butter 200 g

Caramel sauce:
Sugar 100 g
Butter 40 g
Salt is MANDATORY !!! 1/4 tsp
Milk (St uses cream) 400 g
vanilla sugar 1 sachet

Cooking method

  • Biscuit:
  • Mix everything (no need to beat anything with a mixer !!!). At the very end, add 1 cup boiling water / straight from the stove /. Stir (the dough will become VERY thin) and immediately pour into the MV saucepan, previously greased with a thin layer of butter.
  • Bake on the BAKING mode for 60 minutes or 60 + 20 minutes. [/ Color]
  • I bake in the oven at 170 * for about 50-60 minutes

  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • Caramel sauce:
  • -Preheat sugar in a saucepan (preferably Teflon) or ladle over medium heat. When the sugar begins to melt, stir it continuously.
  • -When the sugar acquires a deep brown (but not black!) Color, add butter, pour in 200 g milk, salt, add vanilla sugar. Constantly interfere.
  • -Cook for 20-30 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • When you pour in the cream, the caramel is going into a piece. Nothing wrong. Continue stirring and the caramel will melt again. [/ color] When the caramel is completely melted add the remaining 100 g of milk.
  • Separately mix 2 tablespoons of flour, 1 egg, 100 g of milk - add this mixture to the caramel sauce, stirring constantly over the fire, until thickened. Cool to room temperature. Beat the butter soft (room temperature) and add the custard base on the caramel sauce. The cream is ready.
  • Cherry remove the seeds, boil the syrup 100 g of sugar 50 g of water, add 50-70 g of vodka to the syrup - pour the cherry with this syrup. I insisted for about 5 hours.
  • Assembling the cake:
  • Bake chocolate in boiling water, cool. Cut off the top of the biscuit in the form of a lid, then carefully remove the crumb, leaving the bottom and walls - you get a box. Drain the cherries, soak the bottom of the box with the resulting liqueur. Put the cream, on it the crumb cut into pieces, on the crumb cherries, then again the cream, and so on. Cover the filled box with a lid, which also needs to be saturated with liquor. Top the cake can be poured with melted chocolate.

anetta, I often bake "about this cake". The technology is the same, the recipe is different. I put cherries about 1.5 cups. If I bake in winter, then I use canned cherries "in their own juice". I take a half-liter can.
