Drunk cherry cake (oven, slow cooker)

Ingredients

1 glass = 250 ml
7 large eggs
1 + 1/4 cup (250 g) sugar
1 tbsp. (150 g) samov flour (or 1 tbsp. regular +1 tsp baking powder)
1/2 cup ground almonds
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons brandy
2 pack vanilla sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa spoons (no top)
Cream:
1 pack (250 ml) cream 32-38% fat
1 tbsp. milk
1 pack vanilla (instant) pudding (80 g)
100 g dark chocolate (melt)
380 g frozen cherries.
100-120 ml brandy
2 tbsp. sugar spoons
Fudge:
150 g dark chocolate
1/2 tbsp. heavy cream
2 tbsp. spoons of brandy
25-30 g butter

Cooking method

  • The day before assembling the cake, pour the defrosted cherries with sugar and pour in the brandy.
  • Biscuit:
  • 1. Beat eggs (5 minutes), then gradually add sugar + vanilla sugar, continue beating for another 5 minutes.
  • 2. Combine flour with baker. powder, almonds and cocoa, and add to the egg mixture in 2-3 doses (mixer speed is low). Not long in the way. Add brandy.
  • 3. Pour the dough into a mold and bake in a preheated oven.
  • 4. When the sponge cake has completely cooled, cut out the middle, leaving the walls at the bottom and sides (1 cm). Cut the cut out into pieces.
  • Cream:
  • 5. Whisk the cream + pudding + milk together. Beat on high speed for 5 minutes.
  • 6. Saturate the bottom and sides of the cake with a little cherry brandy.
  • 7. Mix the cream with pieces of biscuit, melted chocolate and cherries (remove the cherries from the brandy beforehand).
  • 8. Fill the biscuit box with the creamy mass, lightly tamping the filling.
  • 9. Use a spatula to level the surface of the cake.
  • 10. Pour warm chocolate fondant over the cake.
  • 11. Put the cake in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Fudge:
  • Melt the chocolate in the cream, add the brandy and butter.
  • My comments:
  • I did everything according to the recipe. When preparing the cream, I used 500 ml of Petmol cream and chocolate pudding in a pack. I always use a 250 ml glass.
  • Sonya was baking in the oven. I, of course, - in the multicooker. The baking time turned out to be two hours, because there is a lot of dough, which is why the biscuit turned out to be very high, and I baked on the rug.
