Ingredients

Wheat flour (I have 1st grade) 485 g
Water 305 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 1.5 tsp.
Olive oil 2.5 tbsp. l.
Yeast 2 tsp
Olives 80 g
Rosemary
(I used fresh finely chopped)
2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Mode "yeast dough", then cutting, proofing (it took me 30 minutes) and baking.
