Casserole Zucchini cheesecake (Panasonic SR-TMH 18)

Ingredients

Market cottage cheese 300 g
Eggs (small) 3 pcs.
Young garlic 3 cloves
Zucchini 2 medium
Dill 1 bundle
Bulb 1 small
Grated regular hard cheese
+ a little for sprinkling
80 g
Semolina 2 dec. l.
Salt

Cooking method

  • 1. Grate the courgettes, salt and leave for 10 minutes. Then squeeze out excess juice.
  • 2. Mix cottage cheese and yolks in a food processor until a soft curd paste is obtained.
  • 2. Beat the whites.
  • 4. Add grated cheese, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped onion, chopped dill, semolina to the resulting curd paste, mix and add squeezed zucchini.
  • 5. Add whipped egg whites and mix gently.
  • 6. Grease the saucepan of the multicooker with oil, sprinkle with semolina and put the resulting mass. Baking mode 65 min.
  • 7. After 65 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top of the casserole and 20 minutes more. Baking mode.
  • 8. Let cool, then chill in the refrigerator. Serve sprinkled with chopped dill. Sour cream will not be superfluous.

I grated the zucchini, waited a bit and squeezed the juice from them. then she threw the whole thing into the combine and threw the rest. a few zips and-and-and ... the dough is ready.

my nuances:
- 300 gr market cottage cheese: I decided to experiment, so I took 200 grams of homemade cottage cheese + 50 grams of cheese like feta cheese + 50 grams of feta.
- 3 eggs (small): took the same amount.
- 3 cloves of young garlic: didn't find him at home.
- 2 medium courgettes: probably even a little more turned out.
- 1 bunch of dill: found a little dry.
- 1 small onion: same.
- 80 g of grated regular hard cheese + a little topping: I have less left.
- 2 dessert spoons of semolina: took the same.
- salt: here I seem to have pierced ... too much salt.

baked on parchment paper. it turned out very tasty, but I really oversalted. and probably feta also added salinity ...
I will definitely repeat! but the salt must be dealt with.

This is what the doctor ordered! I love zucchini, but I don't eat fried. Therefore, casseroles are simply salvation. And even more so delicious. The cottage cheese in the casserole is not felt at all, but gives it at least some satiety. I didn't give dill, I don't eat. I added a spoonful of sour cream to the curd mass (I disposed of the remains), instead of semolina - flour (there was no semolina). Baking in Dex 45 minutes, sprinkled with cheese 13 minutes before the end.
- that's how it happened, I didn't even expect it, very tender, juicy and tasty! Everything in it in moderation.

We follow the instructions! The casserole was baked and eaten immediately. This time she gave the same semolina - 1 tbsp. l., without dill, as always. Everything else is prescription. The bottom, by the way, didn’t make any noise today. Nothing stuck.
Next time I will try to remove the semolina completely and there will be a general systemic dietary dish.
I also made my husband's leg in sour cream, in the company of the casserole, and the casserole itself was enough for me with a bit of tomato.
