Duck in beer (Multicooker)

Ingredients
Duck
cut into 6-8 pieces
(appeared in METRO pr normal,
not 2.7 kg
Light beer
(did not cover all the meat,
but more it seems to me
not worth pouring) 0.3 - 0.4 ml
Apple 1 pc.
Bay leaf,
nutmeg,
soy sauce,
paprika, cloves, cardamom
Prepared mustard
(well, that's me, for exclusivity,

Cooking method

30 minutes in the "baking" mode on one side, turned it over, + another 20 minutes, and then for an hour on "stewing"
this, even a lot, can be done on one "baking" for 60-80 minutes or on "stewing" for one and a half to two hours, depending on the youth and the number of ducklings (I had a young broiler).
I kept it on the "baking" longer so that the excess liquid "boiled away"

I have long wanted to cook, but I was too lazy to mess around with marinating in beer.
In the cartoon, I just stewed it, filled it with beer, did not pickle it.
