Ratatouille (from the cartoon Ratatouille) in a multicooker

Ingredients

Eggplant 2 pcs.
Zucchini 1 PC.
Peeled tomato 5-7 pcs.
Bulb 1-2 pcs.
Sweet pepper 1-2 pcs.
Dry white wine 2-3 st. l.
Garlic 1-2 teeth.
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil (olive) 2-3 st. l.
Spices, herbs taste
Salt 1 / 2h l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut eggplants, zucchini and 4 tomatoes into circles or cubes if there are children.
  • 2. Finely chop the onion and fry (fries program) in olive oil. Add 3 finely chopped peeled tomatoes to it. Simmer for 5 minutes, then add tomato paste, wine, salt and pepper. Fried vegetables program. Transfer the tomato sauce to a plate.
  • 3. Vegetables are beautifully laid out in a cartoon for baking in turn: eggplant, tomato, zucchini. Pour over tomato sauce. Squeeze garlic on top, sprinkle with parsley. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • 4. Close the cartoon and bake in it for about an hour, on the "pie" program.
  • 5. Ratatouille from the cartoon of the same name is ready. Bon Appetit!
