Ingredients

Warm water 1.5 cups
Wheat flour 4 cups (+ a little more will need to be added when forming a kolobok)
Salt 1.5 teaspoons
Milk powder (I did it WITHOUT milk powder) 3 tablespoons
Honey 3 tablespoons
Butter 3 tablespoons
or olive oil 3 tablespoons
Sweet mustard 3 teaspoons
Yeast 2.5 teaspoons
Fresh dill 10 g

Cooking method

  • I used the following measuring containers: Measuring cup - 230ml, Tablespoon - 15g, Teaspoon - 5g
  • (I did it differently, the first time I took potato broth - the second time there was less potato broth, replaced part of it with curd whey. Happened potato broth - 1 cup, serum - 0.5 cups.)
  • (I took hot mustard - 3 teaspoons (although the recipe book states that if stinging, take 1 teaspoon. The second time I took dry mustard... Also 3 teaspoons. But with mustard powder I liked it LESS. In my opinion, it is better to still take ready-made mustard)
  • We put the products in the form according to the instructions.
  • In my bread maker, the order of adding ingredients is as follows: liquid - dry ingredients - yeast. Therefore: pour in potato broth, add mustard, honey and butter to it. Then add 4 cups of flour.
  • I decided to weigh how many grams of flour are in one cup - it turned out 173 - 174g.
  • Pour salt on top and yeast last.

  • Everything, the ingredients are filled in - carefully put the form in the stove and press the desired program.
  • The recipe contains the Russian Chef program. I did it on it. But I think Basic Mode is fine too. Because I looked at the Characteristics of the programs, where the programs are phased out, and, to be honest, I did not find a single difference between the Russian Chef and the Main one. ??? We turn on the program and follow the kolobok.
  • He may require a little more flour. (due to potato broth). At the signal of the bread machine, add fresh dill. I immediately added a little flour. It took me 35 grams. But more may be required. You need to look at the state of the kolobok.

But at once I somehow got used to it, I follow the bun from time to time and see if suddenly when I need to add a little flour. (I didn’t have to add liquid for all the time yet) And everything turns out fine!
And so I decided to share some bread, which my family and I really liked. (I looked in the recipe section - I didn't find such a recipe. If you suddenly missed it, I apologize and I can delete it)
The recipe was based on the Honey Mustard Bread from the LG recipe book. But partially changed.
(P.S. Thanks to Admin for the information on potato broth. Now I don't pour it out, but pour it into bottles and store it using bread)
(I did it once with butter, the second with olive I did not feel the difference. And so, and so delicious)))

valushka! I make mustard very simple. I take a small glass jar, pour half of dry mustard and dilute it slowly with sparkling water, stirring constantly until it is creamy, and close it with a lid and in a warm place. After 3-4 hours, the mustard knocks off your feet. I would be glad if you like it.

valushka! I made mustard from the prescription powder on the bag. The mustard turned out to be very good, vigorous. Here's the recipe from my package:

100g of mustard powder pour 150ml of boiling water, stir, add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, 4 tablespoons. tablespoons 2-3% vinegar and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil.
