Here, I dug out a snap of SMOOTHIE recipes on the Internet
Smoothie "Joy of the morning":- 1 banana,
- half a glass of freshly brewed and strong natural coffee,
- half a bar of dark chocolate,
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- half a glass of milk,
- some grated nutmeg.
Cut a banana into cubes, three chocolate on a grater, add the rest of the ingredients and put the whole thing in a blender. Beat and serve. The taste is unusual, I warn you right away, but those who love coffee and chocolate will like it.
After making the first smoothie, I still have some nutmeg and 1 banana. I decided not to use coffee, but to add yogurt. That's what I did:
Banana Day smoothie:- 1 banana,
- a glass of natural yogurt (I don't take too sweet),
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 7 ice cubes,
- some grated nutmeg.
Here, in general, everything is simple: we combine everything together (cut the banana) and beat in a blender. Delicious!
In the evening, my husband asked me to whip up something unusual for him. I again took out all my supplies and began to think. This is how another smoothie recipe was born:

Place the resulting banana mass in a deep bowl and pour milk, add a tablespoon of sugar. Beat everything with a mixer for 5 minutes. Consume immediately after preparation, as banana tends to darken, which spoils the appearance of the cocktail.
