Ingredients

Dough
Flour 480 g
(3 measuring cups)
Water 240 ml
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Rast. oil 2 tbsp. l.
Dry bakery yeast 2 1/2 tsp
For decoration
Water 1 tsp
Egg white 1 PC.
Sesame
(you can poppy. IMHO but tastier with sesame)

Cooking method

  • one measuring cup 240 ml
  • 1. Remove all dough from the mold. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
  • 2. Divide the dough into 30 pieces. Form each part into a 20 cm stick. Place them on a baking sheet, 2.5 cm apart. Cover and let the dough rise for 30 minutes, or until the sticks swell.
  • 3. Whisk the protein with water and apply the mixture with a brush to breadsticks, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until breadsticks are browned.
  • For 30 breadsticks.

  • Cooking method (for Delonghi 125S):
  • 1. Pour all liquid ingredients into the mold; pour flour on top. All other ingredients should be laid out separately in the corners of the mold; for yeast, you need to make a small depression in the center of the flour.
  • 2. Insert the mold into the cooking compartment and close the lid.
  • 3. Press the MENU button to set the IMPASTO PIZZA mode (12) and press the START / PAUSE button.
  • 4. Remove the dough from the mold and continue cooking according to the recipe.

Very easy to make and require a minimum of ingredients (the same as for classic bread)!

It turns out very tasty crispy sticks, in taste and inside they are very reminiscent of bagels, just not the usual small and hard ones, but those that are 7-10 cm in diameter, there are always such sticks in the buffet table, if I am not dumbfounded they are made by KYIVKHLIB BULCHNO-CONFECTIONERY COMBINAT (BKK).
