Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Agram 1 tsp
Panifarin 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I bake it often, but I still look at the bun, because the moisture content of flour is different
  • You can add kvass wort, "Glofu" for a more intense color, you can dry onions, coriander, cumin. I do so, depending on my mood.
  • KNIT:
  • in HP on the "Pizza" mode -30 min., the bun will slightly "grease" along the bottom! if you add dry onions, for example, then the liquid needs to be increased !!!
  • DISTANCE:
  • as you can see in a colander on baking paper in the oven with the light on for about 1.5-2 hours (you need to look, it fits differently), I make cuts with a razor after proofing before baking. That is, I take out, remove the cling film, which I cover from airing, make cuts and turn on the oven for heating with an empty pan.
  • BAKERY PRODUCTS:
  • at 250C. I bake in a saucepan, the first 15 minutes under the lid, then 20 minutes without until t 94-96C
