Spinach fritters

Ingredients

Spinach puree 4 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour 6 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil 4-5 st. l.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt
Water

Cooking method

  • Defrost frozen spinach. Cut fresh and balance in boiling water, mashed in a blender. Add flour, butter, salt, baking powder and water until sour cream is liquid.
