Stewed mushrooms with sour cream

Ingredients

Champignons, oyster mushrooms (fresh or sterilized) 300 gr.
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 0.5 cups
salt, pepper, mushroom seasoning taste
Dill greens (chopped) 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Rinse the mushrooms, chop, put in a deep bowl, add oil and cook under the lid at 800 W for 5 minutes. Then add sour cream, pepper, salt to the mushrooms and cook for another 2-3 minutes at 800 watts.
  • Arrange the prepared mushrooms on plates and sprinkle with herbs.
