Butter 20 g
Egg 3 pcs.
Powdered sugar 30 g

Cooking method

  • Beat the egg yolks and 75 g of sugar. Gradually add 75 g of sifted flour, mix and season with salt. In another bowl, beat the whites until firm. Gently add the whipped egg whites to the yolk mass, mix.
  • Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Grease a baking sheet and sprinkle with flour. Fill the pastry syringe with dough (hole diameter approx. 14 mm). Squeeze sticks 10 cm long onto a baking sheet. Instead of a pastry syringe, you can use a clean plastic bag. You need to fill it with dough and cut off a corner of the desired size.
  • Mix the powdered sugar with the remaining sugar. Sprinkle half of this mixture over cookies. Wait 10 minutes for the sugar to dissolve and sprinkle the rest of the sugar mixture on the cookies. Wait 2 minutes. and put in the oven. Bake cookies until golden brown. Remove the ready-made savoyards from the baking sheet with a spatula and cool. If the biscuits are not dry enough, you can dry them later in a warm oven, although it is usually sufficient to leave them on the table overnight.
