Rast. oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
Butter 25 g

Cooking method

  • As practice has shown, the recipe turned out to be universal. Good for rolls, bread and even Easter cake. For the latter, she only increased the amount of sugar to 3.5 tbsp. l, added 120 grams of raisins and vanilla.

Initially, it was Alexander Seleznev's version of yeast dough for buns and cinnamon rolls. I really liked the taste of the finished baked goods, I decided to take a chance and make bread according to this recipe. Now it is one of my favorite breads at my home.
The bread is aromatic and tasty.

Reduced the amount of yeast to 1.5 tsp. and added 3 tbsp. l. sesame, made bread in a sponge way. Here's what happened:

For the dough, I sent milk, sugar, yeast and 150 g of flour (of the total volume) to the HP bucket. Dumplings for 10 minutes. The gingerbread man turned out to be liquid.
Then I sent the flour to him first, and then the rest of the ingredients and chose the "Basic" baking mode.
