Goulash with pasta in a multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH 18

Ingredients

Goulash 500-700 g
Tomatoes 2 pcs.
Bulbs 2 pcs.
Potatoes 2 pcs.
Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Garlic, ground bell pepper, cumin

Cooking method

  • In the baking mode, I deeply fried the meat with butter, put onions, cut into quarters, and tomatoes (without skin, also cut into 4 parts and without seeds). Sprinkled with red pepper, flour and salt. I poured it with water (a little, for the sauce, in a multicooker the water hardly evaporates). Bring everything to a boil and put the diced potatoes. I put it into extinguishing mode for 2.5 hours. Add garlic, pepper, caraway seeds and zest about half an hour until ready.
  • I boiled pasta separately.

Note

It turned out very tasty.
Bon Appetit!

Can't tell you a recipe for a multi so you can pour the sauce dry pasta and, for example, put on extinguishing.

Regin, if it's just pasta, then I'm cooking in pilaf mode. I fill the pasta with water almost completely.
Regin
I mean gravy. So that she would steam dry pasta and teach herself with them. Even without meat.

GULASH WITH PASTA

GruSha, IMHO - what you cooked in the cartoon is roast, not goulash. It seems to me that roast is an independent dish (meat, vegetables, including potatoes) and does not require such a carbohydrate side dish like pasta.

What's the recipe? Make a gravy in a multitude on "stewing" and throw pasta there, simmer until cooked - you can open the lid - you can watch and try.

Very much possible, thanks. it just seemed to me that the people in the cartoon constantly add already boiled pasta.

And why put them there boiled? Let them cook there, it is especially tasty to cook them in gravy from meat just stewed
