Italian bread with raisins and rosemary (bread maker)

Ingredients

Egg 2 pcs.
Water about 175 g
Yeast 1 tsp
White bread flour 400 g
Salt 1 tsp
Chopped fresh rosemary 3 tbsp. l.
Fine sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
Raisins 125 g
small sprigs of rosemary for decoration

Cooking method

  • 1. Beat eggs in a jug. Add water to the jug up to the 275 ml mark.
  • 2. Place all ingredients except the raisins in the bread maker in the order shown on the instructions for your bread maker. Add chopped rosemary after flour.
  • 3. Place the dish in the bread maker and start the basic raisin baking program. Add raisins at the beep or in the middle of the kneading cycle.
  • 4. Spread the rosemary sprigs on the surface before baking. After baking, remove from the mold and allow to cool.

I baked delicious bread. Next time I'll put less rosemary (I added dry, there was no fresh one), I think 1 tbsp. l. that's enough.
