Danube cake with cheesecake inside (+ video)


butter 200 g
sugar 190 g
vanilla sugar 10 g

premium wheat flour 250 g
baking powder 1.5 tsp.
soda 1/2 tsp
cocoa powder 25 g
milk 30 ml
salt 1/2 tsp
cream cheese 200 g
sugar 40 g
vanilla sugar 5 g
egg C1 1 PC.

Cooking method

All foods should be at room temperature. Stir the cream cheese with a mixer.
Add sugar and vanilla sugar, release the egg. Mix.

Beat butter with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until fluffy.

Mix flour with baking powder and baking soda. Pour into the butter and egg mixture. Mix.
Divide the dough into two equal parts.
Pour cocoa into one part and pour in milk. Mix.
Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Add half of the white dough. Flatten.
Put half of the brown dough on top. Flatten.
Gently mix the two layers with a fork, making swirls.
Move the dough to the sides and pipe. You should get a depression.
Put the cheese mass into the depression. Flatten.
Arrange the cherries and drown slightly.
Add the remaining chocolate dough. Flatten.

Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for about 50-60 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden skewer.
