Almond cookies
(recipe from the book)
60 grams of almonds
190 g soft butter, pieces
120 g sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
50 gr of milk
250 gr flour


Put almonds in a bowl, grind for 10 sec / sc. 7, put (I took a walnut and chopped it in sc. 4 / 3-4 sec).
Put butter in a bowl, stir for 20 sec / sc. 2.
Add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and milk, stir 15 sec / sc. 4.
Add chopped nuts and flour, mix well, using a spatula if necessary, 40 sec / sk. 4.
Using a cooking syringe, squeeze the cookies of various shapes onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven.
Baking temperature 175 *, baking time 10 min.

The cookies turned out to be tasty, but a little oily.

Yes, walnuts are fat. I usually put it in large pieces, then it's okay, it dries up and that's it.
The dough was squeezed out very easily. I made small cookies, it came out on two baking sheets. During baking, the biscuits are slightly fuzzy.

The almonds were ground for 10 sec / CK 10 (I have an obvious typo in my book - Sc. 1. It just mixed the almonds in the bowl)
Squeezed out with a bag. The dough is really fatty, even under the hands a little oil dripped from the bag. But when baking, the oil was not "heated". In the end, this is what happened

bluekitten, thanks for the recipe. I liked the cookies. The taste and smell are awesome. Yesterday, just left without eggs in the house, I was looking for a recipe to bake without them.
Next time I will reduce the amount of oil even more, but there is a risk that then the cookies will not be so crumbly. We need to experiment.

Yes, here in the simplest shortbread cookie ("Home") for 250 g of butter is 3 glasses of flour (but 2-3 more eggs are put there). And in principle, such cookies are also squeezed out of the bag quite normally. We should try to put in more flour.
By the way, I used to try to bake cookies according to German recipes from Burda fashion, they always came out very crumbly, but fatty.
