I'm new to this forum, but I've had Thermomix for 3 years. I can’t believe that I used to do without him. I decided to share some recipes with you.

CHICKEN Giblets in sour cream.

500 g offal (250 g stomachs + 250 g hearts)
100 g onions
30 g plant. oils
2 tbsp. l. sour cream
salt, pepper, adjika to taste

-Wash offal
-Cut the stomachs into pieces and place in the Bowl. Add oil and simmer 25 min-100C-Sk.1-Reverse
-Add hearts and simmer 10min-100C-Sk.1-Reverse
-Add onion (I cut it in half rings), salt, pepper and adjika and simmer 7min-100C-Sk.1-Reverse
-Add sour cream 2min-100S-Sk.1-Reverse
-Put the finished offal in a salad bowl and decorate.
