I always cook in broth.
I put a trout steak in the steam basket, and threw a few peas of black pepper into the bowl itself. 40 min \ 1 sk. \ 100 g Filled everything with cold water. As soon as the broth is ready I take out the fish, rinse the basket and put potatoes, millet and in this case there were dried vegetables for the soup. 20 min \ 1sk \ 90gr. Salt everything and add herbs. As soon as the soup is ready from the steam basket, I shake everything out into the saucepan and filter the broth through the same basket.
